These terms cover the Rolf's Pork Store website and online pre-orders for pickup at 70 Lexington Avenue, Albany, NY 12206.
Pre-orders
- A pre-order is a request for us to set product aside for you on the day you pick. Your order page shows when we've confirmed it.
- Meat is cut and weighed by hand, so what you get can be a little over or under the weight you asked for.
- Prices on this site are estimates. You pay the counter price for the actual weight when you pick up. Items marked "call for price" or "priced at the counter" are priced then.
- You pay in the store at pickup. No payment is taken online.
- Pick up during open hours on your pickup day. Orders not picked up within 3 days after the pickup day are cancelled.
Holiday pre-orders
Holiday lists have an order cutoff date and set pickup days, shown when you order. After the cutoff, call the store and we'll do what we can. A pickup day can fill up; the order form only offers days with room.
Changes and cancellations
You can cancel online from your order page until the day before pickup. After that, or to change an order, call (518) 463-0185. If something sells out or we can't fill an order, we'll contact you and may cancel all or part of it; you're never charged for anything you don't receive.
Prices and information
We try to keep prices, hours and product lists current, but they can change without notice and mistakes happen. The price at the counter is the one that applies.

The text, design and logo on this website belong to Rolf's Pork Store. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Please don't copy or republish them without our permission. Customers don't upload content to this site. If you believe something here uses your copyrighted work without permission, email Rolfsporkstore@gmail.com with the details and we'll look into it promptly.
Using the site fairly
Please don't place fake orders, try to break into staff areas, or overload the site. We may block requests that look like abuse.
Liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under New York consumer law.
